- Please know that during the Holiday season, transit times can be longer than normal. This is something that is out of our control.
- Special Shapes/ Stains/Color Matching and Solid Panels can incur an added 2 to 3 weeks in manufacturing time.
- Depending on where you reside shipping transit times can be between 2 to 5 business days, this is on top of your manufacturing lead time.
- We aim to dispatch all items within the timescales above, however we cannot accept any liability for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays at manufacturing or adverse weather etc.
- NOTE - Shipping charges outlined above are for the contiguous United States *(ie excludes HI and AK. For those orders you can arrange your own shipping and we can assist in this process.)
