Please note our lead times do not take into account transit times (from shipping facility to your doorstep).
Manufacturing lead times begin after we receive your final order confirmation.

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is free on all orders. We do not ship outside the continental USA. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, we can ship your order to any mainland destination; shipping arrangements from there to you are your sole responsibility.
What happens after I place my order online?
It depends on whether you opted in to a free Design Review or not.
If you opted into a free Design Review at checkout:
A member of our team will check your order before it goes into production. Your order will be held until it has been reviewed. Our team reviews orders during working hours only, so orders placed outside these times will be checked at the next working opportunity. Once confirmed either way, we'll keep you updated by email when your shutters move into production and again once they're on their way.
If you didn't opted into a free Design Review at checkout:
Your order will continue on to production with no delay.
