What is a Design Review?
A Design Review is a FREE optional expert review of your order before it goes into production. One of our shutter specialists personally looks over everything you've entered, so you can order with total confidence. Here's how it works:
1. Add it at checkout
Simply opt in for a Design Review when you place your order. That's it, there's nothing else you need to do.
2. An expert reviews your order
Before production begins, one of our shutter experts personally checks your order, looking over your measurements, panel configuration, frame choice and options to make sure everything works together for your windows.
3. We contact you if anything needs attention
If our expert spots anything that doesn't look quite right, we'll get in touch to talk it through and put it right before your shutters are made.
4. Your order goes into production
Once everything checks out, your shutters go into production, custom-built to your order with a second pair of expert eyes behind it.
