Round Rock Texas has several different shutter companies who Jim could have chosen to measure and install his new window treatments. His brothers shutters gave him the inspiration to buy shutters for his own home which as you can see certainly look more upmarket than the wood blinds Jim was originally considering. As Jim tells us,
