This image shows a palladium door with an arch over the center section. This customer opted to leave the arch window open, with no shutters on there as being able to close off the window entirely in this room was not a prioirty. If this room were a bedroom, give thought to having shutters on the arch to be able to darken the room at night.

The shutters on the lower door section are hinged with the center 4 panels hinged 2 left, 2 right. The outside 2 sets of shutters on the left and right remain in place most of the time, with the louvers tilted to contol light into the wood. They are custom made, painted in off white and have 2 1/2" louvers.
