This shutter divide rail results in the louvers on the upper and lower sections being capable of tilting independently. You can therefore tilt the louvers on the lower section at a slight angle for privacy, while tilting the louvers on the upper section to the open position. Any people walking past, cannot see into your home due to the angle of the louvers.
