Shutters Competition Terms and Conditions

We ask that you read the rules of this competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we assume you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. Entering the competition you must be: 
(a) A US Resident and 
(b) over 18 years of age when entering the competition
2. Competitions are not open to employees of The Shutter Store Inc, or members of their immediate family.
3. To qualify for entry to the competition, purchase of shutters is required, unless otherwise specified.
4. Only one entry per household.
5. Prize winners meeting the entry requirements will be eligible to enter the competition. Eligible entrants will be entered into a prize draw. The winner will be selected at random.
6. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and The Shutter Store Inc reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
7. If you win a competition, we will notify you by post and e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Details of competition winners will be posted in the news section of the website belonging to The Shutter Store Inc.
9. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as The Shutter Store Inc. may require.
10. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
11. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
12. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
13. Incorrectly completed or inappropriate entries will be disqualified.

16. The Shutter Store Inc. reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. The Shutter Store Inc may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. Should this arise, details of the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the applicable competition page.
17. The Shutter Store In will endeavor to arrange delivery of or send prizes within 8 weeks of competition winner being announced.
