I cannot recommend you guys enough. I admit, I was nervous at spending over $1000 online buying shutters especially about getting the measurements correct.

I chose to call and speak to one of your customer service guys (Jose) who clearly cared about his job. He had me email in photos to check I'd measured correctly and at no time did I feel forced into placing my order. In fact, Jose specifically said he'd rather take more time with me, to get the order right, than rush it.

Now THAT doesn't happen often these days.

The shutters arrived 5 weeks from placing my order and were just as easy to install as the videos showed. The biggest bonus of course was saving around 50% of the cost it would have been had my local shutter company done the job..
