Please - don’t think we’re hiring for some faceless call center. We’re a small, dynamic fast paced international shutter company looking for new team members to come onboard and help our business grow.
You’ll be answering the phone and emails from customers, helping them with their shutters orders and any shutter related enquires they may have.
A technical mind is required and the ability to visualize and picture what a customer is describing to you is really important. The Shutter Store is more than just a shutter retailer and we help all staff understand the world of interior design, to enable our customers to create not only the perfect set of shutters, but the perfect home.
The Shutter Store is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, but selling plantation shutters throughout America. So, you’ll be equally happy talking to Nancy in New England about her shutters as Chris in California – a good phone technique is key to making this shutters job a success, therefore passion for what we do really is an important asset.
